Abuse & Acceptable Use Policy

This Abuse and Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of MAGA Mail services. It is intended to protect users, recipients, and the reputation of the mail ecosystem. This policy applies to all accounts, domains, and messages sent through maga-mail.com.
Zero tolerance for abuse. Activities that harm deliverability, recipients, or infrastructure may result in suspension or termination.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use MAGA Mail services to engage in:
- Unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Email harvesting, list scraping, or purchased mailing lists
- Phishing, impersonation, or social engineering
- Malware distribution, ransomware, or exploit delivery
- Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
- High-volume sending without prior approval
- Attempts to bypass rate limits, filters, or authentication controls
- Content that violates applicable laws or regulations
Consent & List Requirements
All recipients must have provided explicit consent to receive messages. Acceptable examples include direct customer relationships or opt-in subscriptions.
- No purchased, rented, or third-party lists
- Clear identification of sender
- Functional unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism when applicable
Sending Limits & Reputation
We enforce rate limits, volume controls, and reputation-based restrictions. New domains or IPs may be subject to gradual warm-up requirements.
Monitoring & Enforcement
We monitor traffic patterns, complaint rates, bounce rates, and abuse reports. Violations may result in:
- Temporary suspension of sending
- Domain or account termination
- Blocking of abusive traffic
- Reporting to upstream providers when required
